You can manage and edit your customers’ rewards from the portal to add or subtract rewards as needed.
Navigate to the Product Hub by choosing “Go to Product Hub” from the pull out menu on the left side of the 1stPayPOS home page.
Choose the “Gift Cards and Loyalty” icon.
Tap the “Gift Card and Loyalty” tab.
Search for customer’s profile.
Below Cards on File, tap “Rewards”. The customer’s rewards are displayed.
Tap “Edit Rewards.”
The Edit Rewards box pops up. The Available Visits, Available Points and/or Available Rewards can be adjusted. When desired changes have been made, tap “Save.”
