The 1stPayPOS allows you to process transactions offline during a connectivity disruption. When the unit is able to access an internet connection you can proceed with completing the transactions.
Tap on the bar to the left side of the home screen to access a pull out menu.
Tap “Offline Transactions.”
Tap “Pending Offline Transactions.”
The offline transactions will be listed. At the top, tap “Process Transactions.”
1stPayPOS will attempt to get an approval.
A pop-up box will tell you how many transactions were approved and how many were declined.
If any transaction failed, the Offline Transactions will show a “Failed Offline Transactions” menu.
Tap “Failed Offline Transactions.”
The Failed Transactions will be listed. At the top right, tap “Process Transactions” to retry the failed transactions.”
