If you have set up your loyalty program for visits, your customers can redeem their reward at the time of sale.
After searching for a Loyalty Customer from the home page, tap Redeem” on the customers Loyalty Summary screen.
The customers Redeem Rewards options pop-up. Tap the “Available Rewards.”
For Visits Rewards, select the item(s) from the customers cart that qualifies for the rewards redemption.
After all eligible items are selected, tap “Redeem.”
The Redeemed Item will be labeled as “Free Item”. Tap “Payment” to complete the sale.
If the customer owes a remaining balance, you will be prompted for payment of the remaining balance.
The Loyalty Customers phone number and email are conveniently filled in. Tap “Done.”
