Inventory Management allows you to setup reorder email alerts. You can set a reorder threshold for any item when you add items to your inventory.

Navigate to the portal by choosing “Go to Portal” from the pull out menu on the left side of the 1stPayPOS home page.


Choose “Settings” from them menu at the top of the page.


Tap “Inventory” from the menu at the top of the page.


Tap “Activate Inventory Management.”


Enter the email address at which you would like to receive the alerts.


Tap “Save Changes.”
